“Triangle Computer Services Ltd is a premier IBM Business Partner with headquarters in the UK since 1982, and a subsidiary organisation set up in Dublin in 2000 to serve the Irish market.  Triangle supply solutions based upon IBM products and we work closely with IBM sales and technical personnel to deliver these solutions.

Due to significant development of IBM’s server consolidation solutions, Triangle sought to respond to the market demands and develop a proactive sales strategy that would ensure potential sales leads and quality appointments.

Call Focus was asked to identify, set up and manage a telemarketing campaign to achieve our goals, which they took on in a most professional and efficient manner.  They gave us strategic guidance in helping us to define the objectives of the campaign and advised us on the best approach to manage the campaign effectively.

Call Focus quickly assessed and successfully selected the appropriate call centre for the project.  They also identified the appropriate target database list, designed the relevant script, trained the staff and managed the campaign as it ran over a 10 week period.
