“Sendo Mobile sought to introduce their mobile phones to the Irish Market in 2004. We understood the problem in placing an unknown brand with the Networks and sought the assistance of Call Focus in helping us first gain recognition from a Network and then help move our products through the channels.
Call Focus brought practical and compelling solutions to us and presented them with us helping us to get listed as a recommended product by O2. They further worked with us in producing sales aids and training presentations for the retail outlets. They carried out the sales training for us and monitored overall progress with mystery shopping. The main activities they covered include:
- Defining sales and marketing strategy
- Mystery Shopping
- Channel sales and channel management
- Design and production of sales aids guides
- Customised product training programme for sales and customer care.
Call Focus did an excellent job on all of the above and quickly assessed and delivered on the needs of the channels. They also produced a menu of marketing activities which we could have called upon had the need arisen. If given a rating out of 5, 5 being the most positive and we are delighted to be genuinely able to give them a 5 as they played a major part in the success of this project.”
