“The Grass Roots Group has had a presence in Ireland for 30 years.  We are Ireland’s leading full service motivation house.  We specialise in sales incentives, third party rewards, customer service rewards, recognition & reward and dealer and distributor programmes.

In the late 90’s our business was expanding rapidly, staff numbers went from 7 to 22.  There was an urgent requirement to improve our sales and marketing strategy to respond to the demands of the market place. 

Call Focus was hired to setup and manage an ever-increasing customer and prospect database system, and to assist in the design of the telesales and telemarketing process.  Call Focus sourced and implemented Goldmine, a sales and marketing contact database.  Call Focus provided full training and support to all staff on the contact management system.  This resulted in the sales database increasing to over 2,000 of the top companies in Ireland.  Call Focus was at the hub in managing the outsourcing of telesales for appointment setting and lead generation in conjunction with the relevant staff at the Grass Roots Group.  During this time our sales team’s appointments increased dramatically with quality leads.  This resulted in Grass Roots Ireland enjoying unprecedented growth during this period.
