“Established since 1988, IEL is a one of Ireland’s leading providers of greetings cards to a number of quality gift and card stores, garden centres and pharmacies throughout Ireland.
IEL’s customer base was rapidly growing and we realized we needed to make some strategic decisions on how to best to manage communications with these customers. As a result, Call Focus came on board to guide us in the development of a sales and marketing strategy that would ensure more cost effective means of dealing with customers, better customer relations and increased sales.
Call Focus guided us in the entire process of building a customer framework; helping us identify the key factors by which we would analysis customers and in setting thresholds by which we would use to categorise customers into their various groups. Call Focus designed and created a customized database for capturing and analysing the customer details.
They further helped us in the design and production of customer satisfaction questionnaires for gathering customer feedback and opinions. They offered recommendations for developing various sales channel strategies for developing more cost efficient communication strategies for various customer groups using database marketing, direct mail, telephone and email marketing.
